All clients must pay a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the selected treatment price at the time of making an appointment. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the treatment. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or card.
When booking a course of treatments or any other package deals, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% is payable upon booking. The remaining balance to be paid - 25% at the first appointment and 25% at the second appointment. All appointments must be booked in when the 50% booking fee is paid. These appointments are fixed and cannot be amended or cancelled.
Every client must complete their consent form prior to their treatment. Due to insurance requirement, consent form must be filled out before every appointment and all information (including personal and medical) to be up to date.
If clients wish to cancel, amend or reschedule their appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required. If any changes to the appointment are made before 48 hours, the booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment. However, if the changes are made within the 48 hours, clients will loose their booking fee and another 50% will need to be paid to secure a new appointment. Any changes to the appointment or cancellation within 12hrs or should the client not turn up for the appointment, the full treatment price (or any remaining balance) must be paid.
Due to our insurance and for health and safety purposes no children are allowed to accompany parents/guardians to appointments. No treatments will be carried out on children under the age of 12. Children under 16 must have a parent or guardian co-sign their consultation forms and they must be present during the treatment.
The Loyalty Card scheme can only be used against full priced treatments. Excluding promotions, offers, deals, packages, gift vouchers and treatment plans. It is the client’s responsibility to present the card at the end of the treatment.
Only existing clients (anyone who has had a treatment in the last 6 months) of Lulipp Aesthetics can refer a friend. The discount will be applied once the friend/family had their treatment and used the name of the person who referred them at the time of booking. Treatments are subject to consultation and client suitability.
NHS card must be presented to apply for the discount. The discount cannot be used with any other offers, deals, packages or course of treatments.
